Security Program Facilitator (Africa)
NFC is looking for a highly experienced Program Facilitator in a spirited, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. In this position the Program Facilitator will be responsible for providing and sustaining the operation and maintenance of a Local Security Guard Force.
The basic qualifications required of the Project Manager are:
- Fluent in English and any appropriate local language (English and French) both oral and written.
- Completion of secondary school (or equivalent).
- Ability to react quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Program Management experience with cost reimbursable contracts.
- A minimum of five years police, similar military, or guard force experience. Desirable qualifications include university, police or military academy, or technical specialist training, prior guard-force experience, with at least half of guard work experience being at senior supervisory or command levels.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate staff and communicate clearly.
- Having a Contract host country working experience would be a plus.
